Long Sutton Golf Club offers excellent conference facilities with extensive free car parking

There are several rooms available starting with our small conference room which can accommodate up to 25 delegates, a larger room with a capacity of 70 delegates and the function room which can seat up to 130 delegates. The rooms can be laid out in a number of different styles, cabaret, theatre, boardroom or to suit your individual requirement.

Equipment for hire includes Flip Charts, Digital Projectors, Screens, TV/Video and DVD players.

Refreshments are available throughout the day: select from our one or two course hot buffet lunch, cold meat salads, sandwiches and fruit.

Small Conference Room: Rates start from £25 - £72 (lunch not included)

Large Conference Room: Rates start from £45 - £128 (lunch not included)

Refreshments: Coffee/Tea and Biscuits £1 per person

      Orange Juice £5 for 2 litres

Lunch(includes coffee or tea): Hot Buffet @ £7.25 per person

                                                     Desserts @ £3.50 per person

                                                          Sandwiches @ £3.00 per person
