FRIENDLY(A) V SHERBORNE ~  MON 11 JULY

 Long Sutton Ladies played their Friendly match v Sherborne on a beautiful sunny day.

Unfortunately we lost due to very challenging course with many slopes and hidden dangers and the Greens! Three days previously, a Charity event meant that the Greens had been shaved and participants had paid to place pins in the most difficult of positions!Even our most talented players struggled with their putting.

For a return match next year we have arranged for a Pro-Am event to take place the day before!

Thanks to the Ladies who took part and managed to laugh in the face of adversity!
