Our Juniors had the experience of playing in the Junior Jamboree which is held every year and we travelled to The Mendip golf club and it was a very tough day in the strong winds and rain at the start of the day.

 Our four players were our captain Jordan Watts, Rupert Edwards, Stacie Watts and James Todd. Unfortunately our captain Jordan Watts did not set the best score of the team only gaining 20 points so no brilliant start for us, then we had Rupert Edwards going out in the second group and he shot 30 points even though you’re a bandit!! Then we had James Todd who shot 27 points on his first round which was impressive and finally our amazing and steady eddie Stacie Watts went round in 35 points to lead our team with the best score so the lads basically got beat by a 13 year old girl!!!

At the end of the day Mendip Spring won the overall Jamboree and  we finished 3rd out of 8 teams.
 
Our next game is away at Mendip Spring which is 29th May so hope to see you all there
