Long Sutton Juniors Vs Wells

We had the chance in closing down Wheathill in our 3rd place fight, by travelling to Wells on Sunday for a much needed win.

In ideal cool conditions Haydn Gibson and Sam Agar respectfully won their first game in the season winning on the 18th making crucial pars to win the game. 2nd out was our Captain Jordan Watts and Cameron Barrett and they comfortably won their game 4 & 2 so ensuring we had won our first match of the season. Finally last out was Stacie Watts and Will Ross and unfortunately they put up a great fight from being dormie 4 down to only losing 2 and 1 as their opponents i.e. 20 and 26 made pars on the 17th to win the game.

Well done to the Junior Team in Winning Their 1st Match of the Season and We Have Overtaken Wheathill but Must Continue the Momentum Into The last Two Games of the Season against Wells and Mendip At Home to Ensure a Top 3 Finish This Season.
