Pink Lady Day

Long Sutton's golf course reflected various lovely shades of pink as the ladies raised monies for Breast cancer support in their annual Pink ladies day, 27th July. 2016.

Despite a change of date 40 plus ladies entered the 3 ball bowmaker team event.  There was an added pressure of a pink ball which rotated through the team which both gave you double points but also had to be returned after 18 holes, many teams lost their pink ball en-route!

1st team 109 points Sarah Uzzell. Angela Baker . Sally Morrice.

2nd team. 102 points  Ros Williams . Christine Coates. Judy Richards.

3rd team 101 points  Carole Paterson. Joan Bond . Valerie Thomas.

Best dressed pink lady was judged to be Ann McRae.
