Lady Captains Day 13th September. Hippies let loose on the course.

Firstly l want to say a massive thank you to all the ladies and helpers for making my Captain's Day such fun. John Blackwell Club Captain started the golf in his usual style. The ladies made a charity contribution so that Roy Parmiter could take their 1st drive of the day. Roy hit 43 drives, with only two going off line. The ladies thought this was brilliant as they hit their second shots from way past the black & white  post. The theme of the day was "Hippies"  - our ladies certainly know how to dress up. The club provided an excellent meal to end a super day.
